The goal of Studio Tropa is to provide the means, expertise, motivation, and atmosphere that will enable people of all ages and fitness levels the ability to achieve their individual fitness goals and simply feel better about themselves.
We understand that exercise and keeping fit is not fun for everyone and vow to offer fun, exciting, and effective group fitness classes in a non-competitive and friendly environment.
We pledge to provide the best fitness professionals in the Greater Houston area that are dedicated to continue to grow in their field of expertise to ensure that they will bring you top notch instruction to ensure your success.

Studio Tropa has appeared in televised segments on Telemundo, ABC13, FOX 26, as well as national broadcasts.
Studio Tropa has joined forces with Goza Dance Fitness to conveniently bring you the same top notch instruction with the friendly and fun atmosphere that you have come to expect from Studio Tropa. Currently, we invite you to check out both locations and decide which one is most convenient for you.
Over the next couple of weeks, Jerry will be in charge of training current instructors at Goza Dance Fitness or selecting new high quality instructors that will give you the best workout available.
As we train and place new instructors, we will also begin to implement a check-in system that will soon allow members of both locations to attend classes at either location. As is the tradition, all existing members will be grandfathered in to any new services or classes. So, if you join Goza or Studio Tropa now, when the time comes, you will be able to attend classes at either location.
Next, we are in the process of converting Goza Dance Fitness into STUDIO TROPA. Check back for updates as they progress.
